Guaranteed base pay
Every host earns a guaranteed hourly base — on top of gifts. Your rate is written into your contract.

On top of base pay. Gifts convert to diamonds in-app and cash out any time under WeAM's payout policies.
Paid end of month
Base pay is calculated on your eligible streamed hours and paid at the end of each month. Diamonds cash out on your schedule.
When we want you live
No minimum days, no minimum hours — just aim for 1–2 hr sessions inside the windows whenever you can.

The only requirement — most viewers are English-speaking. Conversational is enough. Accents welcome.
Mainstream only
WeAM is a mainstream platform. Sexual content, nudity, explicit content, violence, or anything illegal is strictly prohibited — community guidelines apply, always.

Do I need streaming experience? FAQ — 01+
No. Most of our hosts started at zero. Your agent and the onboarding team walk you through everything before your first live — setup, what to say, what works.
Do I need perfect English? FAQ — 02+
Conversational is enough — most viewers are English-speaking. Accents welcome. If you can chat, you can host.
What are the peak hours? FAQ — 03+
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM (ET). Aim for 1–2 hours inside the windows whenever you can — no minimum days, no minimum hours. Hours streamed inside the peak windows are what count toward base pay, and gifts are yours regardless.
What counts as an eligible hour? FAQ — 04+
Live, active broadcasting during peak windows with real audience interaction. Sleeping streams, empty rooms, AFK time, pre-recorded or automated content don't count — hours are verified before payment, and the platform's records are final.
iPhone — switch your App Store region to the US GUIDE — 01+
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).
- Select Media & Purchases.
- Tap View Account.
- Choose Country/Region.
- Tap Change Country or Region.
- Select United States.
- Review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Complete the required billing and address information, then save.

iPhone — region change blocked? Fix it FIX — 02+
Apple blocks the switch until your account is "clean." Check these four, in order:
- Active subscriptions — cancel them, and wait until the current billing period ends.
- App Store / Apple ID balance — must be $0.00. Even a few cents blocks the change; spend it down, or ask Apple Support to zero a tiny leftover.
- Family Sharing — you may need to leave the family group first (all members must be in the same region).
- Pending items — pre-orders, rentals, memberships, or pending refunds must clear first.
Still stuck? Use the separate US Apple ID route below — it's faster.
iPhone — easiest: a separate US Apple ID RECOMMENDED — 03+
The cleanest option: create a new US Apple ID just for the App Store, and leave your main account untouched.
- Create a new Apple ID with United States as the country (during sign-up or at appleid.apple.com).
- On your iPhone: App Store → tap your profile photo → sign out of your main ID (this signs you out of the store only — not iCloud, not your photos).
- Sign in to the App Store with the US Apple ID.
- Download WeAM.
- Switch back to your main ID whenever you like — the app stays installed.
Android — install the APK GUIDE — 04+
- Get the APK link from your agent — only ever install it from us.
- Download the file, then tap it to install.
- If your phone says the source isn't allowed: Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps → enable it for your browser or file manager. (Older Android: Settings → Security → Unknown sources.)
- Tap Install, then open WeAM.
- Allow camera and microphone when asked — you can't go live without them.
Android — Play Protect says "blocked"? FIX — 05+
Normal for any app installed outside the Play Store — don't panic.
- On the warning, tap More details → Install anyway.
- Don't permanently disable Play Protect — you don't need to.
- Only install the APK from your agent's link, never from random sites.
Buffering or laggy stream FIX — 06+
- Run a speed test — you want 5+ Mbps upload for smooth live video.
- Use 5GHz Wi-Fi or strong LTE/5G; sit close to the router.
- Close every background app before going live.
- Restart the router if it's been on for weeks.
- Weak Wi-Fi? Switch to mobile data — a strong cell signal beats bad Wi-Fi every time.
App crashed mid-stream FIX — 07+
- Force-close, reopen, go live again — viewers usually rejoin within a minute.
- Update the app (Android: reinstall the latest APK from your agent's link).
- Free up 2GB+ of storage — full phones crash.
- Restart your phone; it fixes more than anyone admits.
Crashing every stream? Message your agent with your phone model — we'll sort it.
Calls keep killing your live FIX — 08+
An incoming call can freeze or end your stream. Before you go live:
- Turn on Do Not Disturb / Focus mode.
- Turn off "allow repeated calls" inside DND settings.
- Nuclear option: airplane mode + Wi-Fi on.
Viewers can't hear you — or there's echo FIX — 09+
- Check WeAM has microphone permission in your phone settings.
- Disconnect Bluetooth devices you're not using — cars and earbuds hijack the mic.
- Echo? Wear earbuds or lower your speaker volume.
- Don't cover the bottom mic with your hand or the mount.
Phone overheating or battery draining FIX — 10+
- Plug in before you go live, not after the 10% warning.
- Lower screen brightness — biggest battery win.
- Take off a thick case; keep the phone out of direct sun.
- Close background apps — they cook the processor.
Look better on camera in 60 seconds GUIDE — 11+
- Face the light — ring light or window in front of you, never behind.
- Wipe the lens. Seriously. Every time.
- Phone at eye level on a stable mount — handheld gets old fast.
- Quiet background beats a pretty one; viewers stay for the conversation.
Gifts or diamonds not showing up FIX — 12+
- Pull to refresh your wallet/profile — conversions can take a little while to post.
- Still missing after 24 hours? Screenshot the stream time and send it to your agent.
Cashing out your diamonds GUIDE — 13+
Straight through the WeAM wallet, following the platform's payout policies. Gifts are 100% yours — cash out whenever you like; they're never split with the agency.
When does base pay land? FAQ — 14+
Monthly. Your verified eligible hours are totalled at the end of each calendar month, and base pay is issued WITHIN 14 business days after month-end. Make sure your payout details in your application are accurate.
Hours missing from your count? FIX — 15+
Only verified live hours inside the peak windows count toward base pay — empty-room and AFK time get filtered out. If you think hours are missing, ask your agent to pull your verified-hours report.
The App Guide — iPhone
❌ NEVER sign out of iCloud.
❌ NEVER sign out inside Settings.
✅ We ONLY touch the App Store app.
Follow the steps in order, one by one. Your photos are safe. Your chats are safe. Nothing gets deleted.
What you'll do
- Tap this link: appleid.apple.com — it opens in your internet browser
- Tap "Create Your Apple Account"
- Type your name. Type your birthday.
- Email: it must be a NEW EMAIL — NEVER USED WITH APPLE BEFORE. Not your old email. Not one you used for an iPhone before. No new email? Make a free Gmail first, then come back.
- Make a password. Save it in your Notes app — or write it on paper. You will need it again later.
- Country/Region: pick United States. Not your country. United States.
- Phone number: use your real number. Apple will text you a code.
- Apple sends codes to your email and phone. Type the codes in.
- Open the App Store app — the blue icon with a white A
- Look at the top right corner. Tap the round picture.
- Slide your finger up. Go all the way to the bottom.
- Tap "Sign Out". Don't be scared — this is the App Store only. Your photos are safe.
- Now sign in with the NEW email and password you wrote down in Step 1.
If your phone says "Review"
1 — Tap Review.
2 — Country: United States. Tap Agree.
3 — Payment: tap "None". Never add a card.
4 — Address: copy this exactly, letter by letter:
5 — Tap Next. Tap Continue. Done.
- In the App Store, tap Search — bottom right corner
- Type: WeAM
- Tap the blue GET button
- It asks for a password → type the NEW password from Step 1
- Wait. WeAM installs by itself.
- Open the App Store app again
- Tap the round picture — top right corner
- Slide to the bottom. Tap "Sign Out".
- Sign in with YOUR OLD Apple ID — the one you always use
Will WeAM get deleted when I switch back? FAQ — 01+
No. Apps stay installed no matter which account is signed into the App Store.
What about app updates later? FAQ — 02+
When WeAM releases an update, your phone may ask for the US Apple ID password. Switch back to the US ID in the App Store for a minute, update, switch back. Keep that US ID password saved!
Will this mess up my iCloud, photos, or chats? FAQ — 03+
No — as long as you only sign in and out inside the App Store app, and never touch Settings → iCloud sign out.
It says my email is already linked to an Apple ID FIX — 04+
Use a different email. Make a fresh free Gmail account just for this.
Should I use an @icloud.com email instead? FAQ — 04B+
No — use a fresh Gmail. Getting an @icloud.com email means signing into iCloud with the new account, which is exactly what we're avoiding. A free Gmail keeps the new Apple ID completely separate from your iCloud, photos, and backups.
I didn't get the verification code FIX — 05+
Double-check your phone number, wait 60 seconds, and tap "Resend." Codes can take a minute to arrive.
Can I share one US Apple ID with other hosts? FAQ — 06+
No — each host needs her own. Shared accounts get locked by Apple and can affect everyone using them.
